The Irish, long known for their warmth of spirit, and fun-loving quality of character, have not been considered culinary leaders. They have been, however, known for some of the finest ingredients in the world.

Your schedule is totally customizable. Online Classes typically range from 60 to 90 min on Zoom (and you’ll want to allow for ingredient shopping. Private Tasting Events can last up to several hours.
